This policy explains how Schreinerei Kiwi GmbH handles personal data when you visit schreinereikiwi.top or contact us about furniture, interior fitting, repair or restoration work. We process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).

What we collect

When you write to us, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, the type of property, and a description of your project, which may include room dimensions, photos or the address where work would take place. The enquiry form on this website checks your entries in your browser and prepares a message for your own email program; it does not transmit or store anything on a server of ours. Your enquiry reaches us only when you send the email.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to plan site visits and measurements, to prepare designs and quotes, and to carry out and invoice the work you order. We do not use your details for advertising and we do not sell them.

Technical data

Like any website, the server that delivers these pages may record technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, for security and to keep the site running. This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

Third-party services

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. To deliver them, Google receives your IP address and may process it outside Switzerland. Email correspondence with us is handled through our email provider, which may also store data outside Switzerland.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you. Project and invoicing records are kept for as long as Swiss law requires business records to be kept.
